Pet Policy

We love pets! Though, we do ask that you limit it to two indoor cats or dogs, 50 pounds or less, and at least one year of age. We ask for an additional $400 pet deposit, available for refund. There’s also a monthly $30 pet rent.

Commons at Sylvan Canyon offers something new and exciting to our residents: Wi-Fi-ready apartments. We have an exclusive partnership with Xfinity, who has already installed modems into each apartment home. This offers incredible convenience to our residents who move in and want internet immediately. Simply call to activate your internet, 150 mbs download speed with the option to upgrade, and you're set! No need to schedule a time and wait for a technician to come out to get you connected.

As if convenience wasn't enough, there are great savings as well! This service is $30/mo for residents, paid in addition to rent, and is significantly lower than what you'd pay if you were getting internet on your own.
