We inspect the apartment home and ensure that everything is in good working order and condition or brand new.

Yes, we have on-site maintenance.

ou can place a request through the portal or call the office for assistance.

Maintenance issues are typically addressed within 24 hours.

No, you do not need to be present for a service technician to perform work.

If you are locked out, you will need to contact a locksmith.

You may decorate your apartment, but changes to the interior or painting walls are not permitted.

AMENITIES

Our property offers a gym, pool, spa, and outdoor BBQ area. Please visit the Amenities page for more details. 

The spa is available all year round, and the pool is open from May to Labor Day.

Yes, parking is available. 

All units have a washer and dryer inside.

Yes, our community is pet-friendly.

There are pet fees and a deposit. Please contact the office for more details. 
 

No, but there is a limit of no more than two pets per unit.

No, there is no pet park on the property.

The standard appliances include a microwave, stove, fridge, dishwasher, and disposal.

No, we do not offer furnished apartments.

Yes, short-term leases are available. Please call the office for more information.

No, we do not offer corporate leases.

No, we have parcel lockers for package deliveries.

The gym features weights, cardio machines, and multi-use machines.

ADMINISTRATIVE & LEASING

The management office is open six days a week from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.

You can apply online or call the office for assistance.

Applications are typically approved within 24 hours. 

 

You will pay the deposit and a prorated amount of rent depending on your move-in date.

 You can pay rent online using a check, credit card, or Visa debit card.

Yes, there are utility fees.

 Yes, renter's insurance is required. 
 

None of the utilities are included in your rent. 

We will provide you with a list of utility providers to contact.

Xfinity is the preferred provider for Internet and cable. 

 

Guests can stay for up to 14 days and will need a parking permit. 

 

No, we do not offer price reductions for longer leases or paying rent in advance. 
 

No, subletting is not permitted.
