I have been living here for 1year now I like it a lot the office staff has always assist me in any problem that I may had no matter what it was with a smile on their face. The noise from some cars and dogs can get a little noisy at times but soon ends, It seems like they are trying to fix the theft problem of our packages by receiving them in the office. GREAT JOB!!!! I hope one day Cameras will be installed next. Thanks for all you do for me.

I have loved dealing with the office staff at The Commons! They’re kind and attentive. The building is very clean. We’ve enjoyed our experience thus far!

My dream studio

Rehad has been amazing on how he takes care of the grounds and residents here at Sylvan Canyon. He is responsible, personable, diligent and intent on doing the best job in any way and that is to be commended; since not typical. Whenever I have a maintenance issue, it's taken care of swiftly and that is imperative for residents.

So many things I love about this place, too many to name and it’s still being developed??Glad I chose to live here. The staff is hella cool and helpful. Thanks Marni!!

I absolutely ADORE my new home. Rich and Marnie are so helpful and quick to look in to any issue and it seems like most everyone I have run into so far has been kind and respectful. Hope to stay here as long as possible. Thank you guys for giving me a place to call my own.
